In the Matter of constructing and/or reconatructing the sidewalk on both sides'
of Burgess St. from �ford St. to Chatsworth St. and by doing all othe� work which
is ne�essary and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 248348 approve� April 10, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to conatruct and/or reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Burgess St. from
Onford St. to Chatsworth St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to coa�plete said improvement, except whe�e good and sufficient poured
sidewalks now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $- �,Qn.���� ft for a 5' wide walk
' $ 4.60 per lin ft for a 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 8th day of
Jul,y� 1970 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of'St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, sta,ting the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
