In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Morton 3t. from
Winslow Ave, to Stryker Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and inci-
dental to complete said improvemenC,
under Preliminary Order 248346 approved April 10, 1970
The Gouncil of the City of:St. Paul having received the report of the Commisaioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolvea:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstru�t the sidewalk on bct h sides of Morton St. from Winslo�w Ave. to Stryker
Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said
improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.80 per lin ft for a 5' wide walk
$ 4.60 per lin ft for a 6' wide walk
Resolv�d Further, That a public hearing be had:on said improvement on the 8th day of
.iuly.., 1970 , . , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the �ity of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finaance give notice af
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
