In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Wyoming Street from
Smit�► Ave, to Manomirt Ave. and by doing al_I ��t��r work°�ivhich is necess�ry and inci-
dental to ccmnplete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 248303 approved April 9, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Comxnissioner of F`inance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, 'hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature o# the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Wyoming 5treet from Smith Ave. to
Manomin Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and inci�ental to
complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now
exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.g0 ger lin ft for a 5' wide walk -
$ 4.60 per lin ft for a 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 7 th day of
Jt>>�, -�970 , at the hour of 10 dclock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the�City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
