The Council of the 'Gity'of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon t�he above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. Th�t the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of`the improvement which the Council recommends is
to grade and suface wiCh bituminous materi�l the a11ey in Michel and Robertson's
Addition to St. Paul, Minnesata, Ramsey County, Minnesota from I.S,. 35E to ChaCsworth
Street (6•1937)
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3,730.00 :
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 7th. , day of
