RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
grant permission to hold a Soap Box Derby Parade, on
Friday, June 12th, 1970, from approximately 11:30 a.m.
to 12:15 p.m.
The assembly area will be Rice Park and the route will
be from the park east on Fourth Street to the Minnesota
Federal Plaza, at Fourth and Minnesota Streets.
