WHEREAS� Section 51 of the Charter of the City of
Saint Paul requires the Purchasing Agent to procure a
Position Schedule Bond to cover all elected officials
and such other officials as the Council deems necessary;
and
1�1HEREAS, the Purchasing Agent has obtained such
bond, which has been approved by the Corporation Counsel,
now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED� by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that said Position Schedule Bond is hereby approved as to
form and amount; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED� that said bond shall be filed
with the Comptroller pursuant to said Charter section.
