directed to prepare plans and specifications for sa,id improvement, and submit same to the Council for'

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Cpuncil known as Coancil File No. 248287 approved
April 8th. ],9 70 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk aad replacing
�ith iategral curb and aideNalk on the west aide of Wacouta St. from 6th. St. to
the north approximat�ly 100 ft. and by doing all ather w�rk whic6 is necessary
aad iacideatal to complete said improne'eat.
and haviag investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard 8idewalk
5 ft, wide and $4.60 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft, wide.
$1.35 per sq. ft. for integral curb aad side�valk.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
raade a part thereof.
