PAUL �LE NCIL NO. * � OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COU RE OLU ON—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE � DATF WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, through the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, intends to construct a nine (9) hole golf course in Highland Park on the site referred to as "Stee's 80";and WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of the proposed golf course it will be necessary to incur various costs estimated at $225,000; and WHEREAS, construction costs are to be financed from net revenues derived from the operation of the nine (9) hole golf course; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings proceed with the necessary work and that these costs be charged to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code No. 6000, to be reimbursed by net revenues from the operation of the nine (9) hole golf course at a repayment schedule and rate of interest to be determined bq proper city officials; and be it FT�B�ER RESOL�, that the future net revenues of the Park � Refectories be pledged as a guarantee of final settlement of financing if the net revenues of the nine (9) hole golf course w prove to be insufficient.
