The said premises is more fu.11y evidenced by reference to the survey and p.lat maps attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein. American Hoist & Derrick Company proposes to lease the said premises for a per - iod of four (4) years at a monthly renta.l, payable in advance, of Two Hundred Fifty and no/100 ($250.00) Do.11ars. The premises would be used by American Hoist & Derrick Compa.ny as a solid waste transfer station. The precise terms of the lease would be negotiated between the pa�ties, but any negotiated lease would contain at least the aforementioned provisions. Furthermore, inherent in American Hoist & Derrick Company's proposa.l is its will- ingness to relocate the fence which currently bounds the school driving education parking .lot presently situate on the subject premises.
