WHEREAS, Twin City Brick Company is desirous of ob-
taining the assistance of the City of Saint Pau1 in deter-
mining the sulphur dioxide concentration level of the
at.mosphere in the vicinity of their plant at '790 Joy
Avenue ; and
WI3EREAS, such sampling will involve one day of air
sampling by the City' s mobile laboratory; and
WHEREAS� Twin City Brick Company has agreed to pay
the sum of �200 for said service,
Now, Therefore , be it
RESOLVED� by the Council of the City of Saint Paul ,
that the proper city officers are hereby authorized and
directed to provide such service at the stated fee of
�200. 00.
