WHEREAS, the current contract for full maintenance service
on mobile two-way radio systems installed in vehicles operated by
the Department of Public Works is due to expire on June l, 1970;
and
WHEREAS, officials of the Department of Public Works are having
new equipment installed by the Donnor Communications Company, and
believe that the operation. of the Department will be more efficient
if the maintenance and installation are completed by one service
company; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized
to enter into and execute a con,tract with the Donnor Communications
Company for complete service and maintenance of Department of Public
Works' radio systems for a period of ten (10) months to commence
June 1 , 1970, for the contract price of Five Hundred Fifty and no�
10� Dollars (�550.00) per month.
