BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MIP[NESOTA,
AS FOLLOWSr
SECTION 1. The pending proposed Th�rd Amendatory Contract (herein called
the "Amendatory Contract") amending that certain Contract I�o. Minn. E-2 G
� )�
dated the 30th day of July, 1968, by and between the City of Saint Pau'f, Minnesota
(herein called the"Grantee") and the United States of America (herein called the
"Government"j, �s hereby in ali respects approved.
SECTION 2. The proper C�ty officers are hereby authoriz�d and directed
to execute said Amendatary Contract in two counterparts on behalf of the Grantee,
and the City Clerk �s hereby authorized a,nd directed to impress and attest the
officia'[ seal of the Grantee on each such counterpart, and to forward such
counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for execution
an behatf of the Government, together with such other doccsnents relative to
the approval and exec�ttion of such counterparts as may be required by the
Government.
SECTION 3. This Resolut�on shall take effect imnediately.

THIS Third Amendatory Contract, made and entered into on the date
hereinbelow specified by and between G`ity of St. Paul (herein called the
"Grantee") and the United States of America (herein called the "Government"),

WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into that certain Grant Contract for
Code Ehforcement Program No. Minn. E-2(G)� dated the 30th day of July� 1968; and
WFIEREAS, the pa.rties hereto have agreed to further amend the said Grant �..
Contract for Code Enforcement as amended to date (herein called the "Existing
Contract");
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual benefits flowing
to the Grantee and the Government, the Existing Contract is hereby further
� amended as follows:
Section l. Delete the words and figures Two Million, One Hundred Twenty
Five Thousand, Two Hundred Ninety Three Dollars ($2,125,293.00) wherever the
� same appears in Section 5 of Part I and substitute in lieu thereof:
"$3,084,199.00." .
� Section 2. Delete the figures $17,625.00 wherever the same appears in
Section b of Part I and substitute in lieu tbereof: "�122,625.00. "
Section 3. Except as modified herein� the "Existing Contract" shall be
and remain in full force and effect. �
