RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of PubIic Works be and is hereby instructed and
clirected to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon sa.id approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Cour�cil known as Council File No. 248253 approved
April 7th. 19�� relative to reccastructing t�e •idewalk on both aides
of York Ave. fros De 3oto St. to Clark St. and b' doing all other �ork ahich is
necessary aad incideatal to complete sai� i�prove�at.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $4.60 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
