order of the Council known as Council File No. 248246 approved
April 7th. 19 70 relative to r�coaatructing th� side�alk on the west
side 0f Albert St. fre�m Bague Ave. to the south approai�ately 113 ft. aad�_
doing all other Work which is necessary and iacidental t� cc�e�plete said i�prove-

and having investigated the ma.tters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
