WHEREAS, the City Architect has requested the City Council to hold a public
hearing to consider the advisability and, necessity of the correction or wrecking
and removal of the frame d.uplex d.welling at �1 West Sycamore Street ("New File, ")
more particularly described as Lot 21, Block 4, Lyton's Addition to Saint Paul,
because said build.ing is reported to constitute a hazardous structure, and.
WHEREA5, it appears that the last known record owner of the property is
Joseph Rheinberger; th�refore, be it
RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held. by and before the Council of the C ty
of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the Court House in said city at 10 a.m. on
Wednesday, June 3, 1970, �9 consid.er the advisability and, necessity of ordering the
correction or wrecking and removal of the structure on the above d.escribed property
because said structure is reported to constitute a hazardous build.ing and a hazard
to public health, s afety and welfare; be it
FURTHER RFSOLVED, that the City Architec�, o� hehalf of the City Council
notify by mail the record own�r of the property in q,uestion at the last known ad.dress,
as well as other int�r�sted persons of reeord, of thE dat� and time of the hearing.
