RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building
and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of August 13 , 1969 , pertaining
to the property located at 262 South Exchange, owned by Katherine
La Vallie and described as :
Except the Southeasterly 60 ' , Lot l, Block 31,
Rice and Irvine' s Addition
waiving the requirement of Section 54.11 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a water closet, lavatory
and bathtub or shower on condition that each dwelling unit not equipped
with aforesaid facilities shall be limited to one occupant except
that one dwelling unit shall be limited to two oc�upants; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as
the property at 262 South Exchange be sold or the ownership transferred
at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County
Register of Deeds.
