� CO NCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONE • DATF
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building
and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of April 9 , 1969 , pertaining
to the property located at 2273 Long Avenue, owned by Elaine Sheirich
and described as:
Lot 20, Block 83 , 5t. Anthony Park;
waiving the requirement of Section 54.15 (3') of the Saint Paul Legis-
� lative Code that no wood frame dwelling or multiple dwelling shall be
occupied above the second floor except where the original construction
provided for such type of occupancy on condition that an approved fire
escape, conforming to Building Code standards, be installed to the
third floor within 60 days and that the owner, Elaine Sheirich live
in said third floor occupancy; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as
the property at 2273 Long Avenue be sold or the ownership transferred
at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County
Register of Deeds.
