RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building
and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of November 26, 1969 pertaining
to the property located at 554 Bellows, owned by Alice R. Lindeke
and described as :
Lot 7 , Block 6 , Nelson, Steven' s and King' s Addition;
waiving the requirement of Section 54.11 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a water closet, lavatory
and bath�ub or shower on condition that each dwelling unit which is
not equipped with aforesaid facilities shall be limited to one occupant
and not more than two occupants shall share aforesaid facilities; and
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time
as the property at 554 Bellows be sold or the ownership transferred at
which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County
Register of Deeds.
