PRESENTED BY

RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building
and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of January 28, 1970 pertaining
to the property located at 827 Mour�d, owned by Oliver L. Mortimer and
described as:
Ex NEly 89.1 ft; the 5Ely 5. 5 ft of lot 7 blk 1 of Yande' s
Addition & in sd McLeans Reservation; the fol: with esmts &
ex part in NWly 50 ft of blk 5, SWly of extended CL of Maple
St. & ex part in NEly cor of sd blk 5 N of extended S line
of lot 1 blk 1 of Hirsch' s Sub & NEly of a line run SEly
at RA from point on SEly line of sd lot 7 blk 1 of sd Yande' s
Addition, 89. 1 ft SWly from SEly cor thereof, Lots 8, 9 & 10,
Block 5 McLeans Reservation
waiving the requirement of Section 54.11 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a water closet, lavatory
and bathtub or shower on condition that each dwelling unit sharing
aforesaid facilities be limited to one occupant each and not more than
three occupants share aforesaid facilities on the first floor; not more
than seven occupants share aforesaid facilities on the second floor;
not more than three occupants share said facilities on the third floor;
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as
the property at 827 Mound be sold or the ownership transferred at which
time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County
Register of Deeds.
