COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action
of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building and
Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of November 26, 1969 pertaining
to the property located at 827 Pederson, owned by Gracia Riedell and
described as:
Lot 3, Block 27, Beaver Lake Heights;
waiving the following requirements of the Saint Paul Legislative Code:
Section 54. 12 (2) - necessitating replacement of the
kitchen sink trap
, Section 54. 11 (2) - that a hand lavatory be installed
in the same room as the water closet;
on condition that said property be occupied by a member of the Riedell
family; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as
the property at 827 Pederson be sold or the ownership transferred at
which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County
Register of Deeds.
