AMENDMENT TO LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION
FUND PROJECT AGREEMENT
This amendment to the Project Agreement No. M • 7817 � Mounds Recreation Center
is hereby made and agreed upon, by the Commissioner of Con-
servation, acting as State Liaison Official for Minnesota Pursuant to the Land and Water Conservation
Fund Acc of 1965, 78 Scac. 897 (1964) and che �itV of St. Paul ,
The City of St. Paul and the State of Minnesota, in mucual consider-
ation of the promises made herein and in the Agreement No. M - ?817 of which this is an
amendment, do promise as follows:
That the above-mentioned agreement is amended by adding the following:
The period covered by this agreement and the project period are
hereby extended from "8-15-67," to "8-15-67 through 12-31—?0"0 '
In all other respects the agreement of which this is an amendment and the plans and specifications rele-
vant thereto shall remain in full force and affect. In witness where the parties hereto have executed
this amendment as of the date entered below.
