OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK r NCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY CO M M I551 ON E DATF WHEREAS, Gloria 0'Connell, widow of Robert E. 0'Connell, ha.s caused a claim petition to be filed for certain widow' s and dependents ' death benefits pursuant to Chapter; 176 of the Workmen's Compensation Code arising out of the death of Robert E. 0'Connell on December 26, 1969 , which was causally connected with his work activities as Corporation Counsel, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized to pay the maximum amount of compensatiori authorized under Chapter 176 of the Workmen's Compensation Code, at the rate of $70.00 per week, until maximum death benefits have been paid; FURTHER RESOLVED, that out of the aforesaid compensation the employer, City of Saint Paul, shall pay in one lump sum the amount of $1,540.00 covering the period of time from the date of death, December 26, 1969, through May 29, 1970; FURTHER RESOLVED, that the sum of $750.00 is authorized for reimbursement for funeral expenses paid by said widow pursuant to Chapter l76 of the Workmen's Compensation Code.
