WHEREAS, The City has entered into a tri-party agree�+ent No.
5639�+ (S.P. 6201-39) with the City of St. Panl , the Chicago, Milwaukee,
St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Canpany, and the State of Minnesota for
the engineering and constre�ction of aA overhead grade separation of
West Seventh Street over the railroad company's 'Short Line" Tracks,

WHEREAS, The proper City officers were authorized and directed
to execute this agree�aent by Council Resolution 247860, dated March
12, 1970, and
WHEREAS, This Agreement gives anthorizatior� to these City officers
to approve Suppleraental Agreements to this State of Mtnnesota Highway
Agree�nent No. 56394, and be it
RESOLVED, That the City approves SaiQpieaqental Agree�+ent No. 1 ,
providing for the re�no�ral of underground storage tanks.
