WHEREAS, THE Department of Parks has received a claim
check, No. 53028, in the �mount of $319.50, from the Dairyland
Insurance Company in favor of Highland Nursery and the City of Sgint
Paul; and
WfiEREAS, Said check is meant to reimburse Highland
Nursery for replacing certain boulevard shrubs on Thomas Street in
the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, It appears that the Citq of Saint Paul has no
interest in this check as replacement planting has been completed
by said Highland Nursery; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper city officers are hereby
directed and authorized to endorse said check on behalf of the Citq
of Saint Paul and forward the same to said Highland Nursery.
