WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes ancl provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
May 2, 1970 to May 15, 1970, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and No. 3250.
