COMMISSIONE ' DAT�
WHEREAS, Medicus, Inc. , a Minnesota Corporation, is desirous
of constructing a doctors' building in the vicinity of Main Street
� and Interstate 35W on land presently owned by the State of Minnesota;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul believes that the construction
of a doctors' building in such vicinity is a most worthy project
serving the best interests of all the citizens of Saint Paul; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul by its Council hereby
urges that the Minnesota Department of Highways proceed immediately
with the conveyance of title to the land to be used by the doctors'
building; and let it be
FUR.THER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to
forward a copy of this resolution to the Governor and the Commissioner
of, Highways for the State of Minnesota.
