Council File # � 3 — � � Resolution # Green Sheet � 204653 RESOLUTION oF Presented By Referced To 2 0 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 Committee: Date 1°1 Preliminary and Final Plat Approval for Metropolitan Council East Side Bus Garage WFIEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has submitted for City Council approval the attached preliminary and final plat for subdivision of properiy at 800 Mississippi Street to create two (2) industrial lots; and WHEREAS, staff in appropriate City departments have reviewed the proposed plat and have found that it can meet the requirements set forth in Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapter 67 provided that certain conditions recommended by staf£ are incomorated into the plat; and WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing on the proposed plat to be held before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the City, and notices of the public hearing were also mailed to each owner of affected property including all property situated within 350 feet of the subject properiy; and 17 WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat on May 7, 2003, where 18 all interested parties were given the opportunity to be heazd and the Council considered all the facts and 19 recommendations concerning the plat; 20 21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached 22 preliminary and final plat for Metropolitan Council to create two (2) industrial lots at 800 Mississippi Street, 23 subject to the following condirions that the applicant and developer shall: 24 25 26 1. File a copy of the Council Resolution approving the plat with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office. 27 28 2.
