949 Jessie
Dear Mr. Klas:
Enclosed is a copy of a city council resolution, file No. 250019,
in regards to approved summary abatement of a lot adjoining 949
Jessie.
This situation was quite involved and there was sufficient reason
to believe that the owner, Mr. Prohofsky, had never been aware of
clean-up orders from our office due to internal complications in
his household.
When he became aware of the surrmary abatement proceedings, he con-
tacted our office as to what we wanted cleaned up and he proceeded
to accomplish the work. Our inspector reported that the situation
was satisfactory on August 20, 1970.
We therefore request that the sumrnary abatement resolution be re-
scinded.
