RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the Water Department Fund weekly compensation of $70.00 be
paid Joemary Diaz while he is temporarily totally disabled by
reason of injuries he received on August 13, 1970, while
employed by the Board of Water Commissioners; and that $154.00
in partial settlement, to and including August 28 , 1970, is
now due and payable.

Joemary Diaz - Compensation
Mr. Diaz, an employee of the Water Department, was injured
on August 13, 1970, at work. He has been off work since the date
of his injury and continues to be disabled at the present time.
His doctor indicates he will be disabled for an indefinite period
of time. This resolution is for compensation for his time loss
thru August 28.
