Henry Mrosla while he is temporarily totally disabled by
reason of injuries he received on Ma.y 6, 1970, while employed
by the City Hall and Court House �ommission, and that $210.00
in partial settlement, to and including August 28 , 1970, is
now due and payable.

Henry Mrosla - Compensation
Henry Mrosla, an employee of the City Hall & Court House
Commission (janitor) , sustained an injury on Ma.y 6, 1970, while
lifting a bag full of trash. He later de�eloped a hernia which
his doctor indicates resulted from his injury. He began losing
time on August 7, 1970, when he was admitted to the hospital
for surgery. He is still off work at present. T'his resolution
authorizes payment of compensation thru August 28 , 1970.
