RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
In the matter of conddnning and taking an easement in the
land necessary for the siopes, cuts and fills, including the
right of removal of lateral support from sub,ject land or
ranainde� thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and

RESOLVED, That the abc»ve Preliminary Order No. 249555, be
ar�d the sarne is hereby cancelled, annuiled and rescinded, and
the proceedings in such matter discontinued.
