WHEREAS, Ordinance No, 3250 authorizes and provides
- for overtime work, and
WHEREA5, the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
Septernber 5, 1970 to September 18, 1970, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are her�by
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in aceordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and No. 3250.
