This matter was considered at the August 6, 1970, Board of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that revised plans have been received which meet required design standards and the recommendations of the Traffic Engineer. The staff noted that existing trees on the property will be preserved. Consequently, the Board, by a 5-0 vote, recommends approval of this application. The Traffic Engineer has approved �he plan with a 26-foo� �ccess driveway ared a "stop" sign for eaciting cars. Mr. Sorenson a.oted that two trees will be preserved on the ai.te along the driveway. Vsrious representatives af the College were present. They noted that natural landscaping on the site is already there snd will be preserved.
