Attached is a resolution inadvertently left off the Consent Agenda for today's meeting which
would designate City Council representation on the Ramsey County LOCATE Task Force. The
task force has been chazged with evaluating the Union Depot's suitability as a multi-modal
transit station for downtown. Its chair, David Block, has been eager to have a representative of
the City Council participate in the process to ensure effective communication. He will be at
today's Council meeting to provide a brief update on their work.
By this resolution, I am proposing that the Council designate a member of the Council Research
staff as our representative.
