Grodnick for a permit to install and operate a 56-car parking 1ot on property located on the southwesterly corner of Main and West Ninth Streets. This property is further described as: Northerly 91 feet of Lots 1 and 2, and all of Lot 3, subject to highway in Block 56, Irvine's Enlargement of Rice and Irvine's Addition. This matter was considered at the July 16, 1970, Board of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that plans meet required design standards and have been reviewed by the Traffic Engineer. The site is within the Seven Corners Neighborhood Development Program area. Consequently, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of this application by a 4-0 vote.
