� ��- Resolved that permission be and is hereby• granted to the Northwestern
d� Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to build
� and maintain four manholes in the following mentioned locations.
On the west side of Wabasha 115 ' north of the north curb
line of Columbus, place two manholes (one in the boulevard
area and one adjacent to and in the present conduit run) .
On the south side of University Avenue 252 ' west of the
west Qroperty line of Mackubin, place two manholes (one in
the sidewalk area and the other adjacent in the present
conduit run) .
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Works.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication hereto.
