the City of Saint Paul and. the Westlund. Construction Company, said contract
for the Site Development and. Tennis Courts at Dayton's Bluff Playground.,
and said credit to cover substitution of planting for specified seeding area �
said work having been requested by the Commissioner of Parks �Recreation
and Public Build.ings, and agreement made with the contractor and a memorandum
of said, agreement having been filed with the Camptroller and countersigned
