State having certified that the same is no longer needed by said State for trunk
highway purposes� and having recommended its conveyance to the City o� Saint Paul.

Governor, hereby conveys and quit claims to the said City of Saint Paul, Por
highway purposes� all its interest in and to the real estate situate in the County

Paul� according to the plat thereof on �ile and of record in
the o�fice of the Register o� Deeds in and for Ramsey County;
which lies northwesterly o� the following described line:
From the northeasterly corner o� I,ot 6� said Block 12� run
north 70°06�26°1 west a1or� the northeasterly line o� said
Zot 6 for 106.24 feet to the point of beginning of the line
to be described; thence run north 0°09�11" east for 50 feet
and there terminating;
