In the Matter of constructing a public sanitary sewer in BREWSTER ST. from Snelling.
Ave. to Albert St. ; in ALBERT ST, from Jessamine St. to Brewster St. ; and in the
follawing described 20 foot permanent sewer easement, the center line of which is a�:�,.
follows: Commencing at the intersection of the centerlines of Brewster St, and Alb�rt_ :
St.; thence Easterly along the centerline of Brewster St. extended tt distanee of�30
feet to the point of beginning; thence Basterly along the previous described line a
distance of 221 feet; thence deflecting left ari angle of 89 degrees 20 minutes far a
distance of 280.8 feet more or less to the souCn line of Wgnne Ave, and there terminat-
ing. Also construct a sewer pu�p station in the above described easement. A�so
construct sewer serviae connec�ions. Said sewer construction to be undertaken wiChin
a 4Q-foot temporarq easement centered upon the above described 20-foot permanent

The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Fin�ance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resoYves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. '
2. That the nature of the irnprovement which the Council recommends is
to construct .a..public. sani�ary. ss��x.ia BBEWSTER ST. frc� Snelliag Ave, to Albert St.;
in ALBERT ST. from Jessamine St, to Brewster.St.; .and: in-the following described 20-
foot permanent sewer ease�aaent, the center line of whicl� is as follows: Ccymmencitig
at the intersectidn of the cet�terlinea of Brewster 3t. and Albert St. ; th�nce East- ,
erly along the centerline of Brewstex St. extended a distance of 30 fee.t to the point
of beginning; thence Easterly along the previous described line a distance of 221 feeC-;
thence deflecting left an angle of 89 degrees, 20 minutes for a distanee of 28�.8 feet
store or less to the south line of Wynne Ave, and there terminating. A3.so construct a
sewer pump station in the above described easeffient. Also construct sewer�`s�rviee con-
nections. Said sewer construction to be undertaken wittiin a 40-foot temporary easemeat -
centered upou the above described 20,foot permanent easement, (a-1299)
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is � 33,687.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing lae h�d on said improvement on the 22nd day of
sP�,te�pr., �9�n , at the hour of 14 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner,provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total oost thereof as estimated.
