have entered into an agreement pertaining to the authorization of the
interconnection of pablic sev�ers between the two municipalities; and
WHEREAS, The Village is entitled to reieiburseaie�t of the sum of
$66,621.8� representJng ov�rpayipent for s�wer ct�arges for the pe�iod
of J u l y l , 1965 th rougli J ur� 30, i 970
MIFIER�AS, 7he agreement provides that all charges previo�siy a�ade
for any period after July 1 , 1965, shall be con�puted and a��e in
