The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner c�f F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said ixnprovement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That the n�.ture of the improvement which the Council reccimmends is
to recanstruct the side�alk and replace with iutegral curb aad sidewalk on the west
side of Aosabel St. fron 4th St. to Sth St. and by doiag all other Work which ia
necessary and iacidental to coffiplete saicl ieprovaent, except vhere good and sufficieat

Resalved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2�th day of

Houae and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meetin� to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
