WHEREA5, St. Mary's Eastern Orthodox Church, 678 South
Robert Street, has applied for permission to install a banner across
Robert and Morttm 5treets for one day only, Sunday, May 3, 1970;
WHEREAS, the City Architect approves said request and. so
recommends to the City Council; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council does hereby approve the application
of 5t. Maryts Eastern Orthodox Church to install a street banner
at the intersection of Robert and Morten Streets on May 3, 1970,
subject to all terms of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
