RESOZVED, that out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the General Fund, Dean King be paid the sum of �1�,050.00
in full settlement of his elaim against the City of Saint
Paul by reason of injuries he sustained in January, 1968,
while employed by the Department of Public Works, whereby
he suffered a 15� permanent partial disability to his back;
that �1,050.00 for 5� permanent partial disability to the
back is now due and payable, 10� permanent partial disability
having been paid previously.
