WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public
Buildings is in receipt of three negotiable instruments drawn to
the order of the Music Performance Trust Fund of the St. Paul
Musicians Union and the City of Saint Paul , in the amounts of
�25.00, �50.00 and �100.00; and
WHEREAS, said instruments will be used to defer the costs of
presenting the "Music in the Streets" program; and
WHEREAS, the Gity of Saint Paul has no financial interest or
obligation with respect to these instruments; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to _endorse_ sai.d instruments and cause them to he
presented to the Music Performance Trust Fund of the St. Paul
Musicians Union.
