WHEREAS, there is need for additional parking in
conjunction with the Public Safety Building; and
WHEREAS, there is unimproved land� bounded by 11th�
Minnesota and Robert Streets and the Freeway� under the
control of the Minnesota State Highway Department, now,
therefore , be it
RESOLVED� That the Commissioner of Public Safety
is hereby authorized to make application to the State Highway
Department for the use of said land for parking purposes.
