Eagle Street Parking Ramp, and said extra to cover extra costs of
excavation, backfill, and concrete for increase in d,epth of coluxnn
footings to specified bearing strata, said. work found necessary in order
to get to solid rock as per specifications and. unit prices, said work
having been requested by the Civic Center Authority, and agreement
made with the contractor, and, a memorandum of said agreement having
been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned by him. Charge to
