WHEREAS� the Civic Center Authority currently has
under construction the Eagle Street Parking Ramp; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the operation of said
ramp that fourteen automatic parking devices be purchased,
and the Givic Center Authority, by resolution dated April 14,
1970, approved the purchase of said devices, copy of which
Resolution is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference�
Now, The refore � be it
RESOLVED� That the Purchasing Agent is hereby
authorized and directed to purchase said devices� to be
paid for out of Civic Center Fund '7420.
