RESOLVED, that the Council hereby concurs in the a�ar.d of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awaxds contract for furnishing all labor, material, ma.chines,
tools and equipment for constructing, repairing or reconstructing such monolithic
concrete sidewalks and other work incidental thereto, within SIDEWALK DISTRICT
N0. 3, as ma,y be ordered by the Council for the current yeax prior to
December 15, 1970, except �ich work as the Council may order to be done by City
Force Account, for the Depaxtment of Public Works, under Contract No. 70-M-502,
to MARIO FRASSON CEMENT COMPANY for the contxact price of �182,030.00 (Plus -
Va1. & Assess. Serv. - $3,6�+0.60, Engineering a.nd Inspection 16� - $29,124.80,
Tests - $200.00) in accordance with the plans and specifications and Formal
Bid #4075 of said Maxio Frasson Cement Company such bid being the lowest and
said Mario Frasson Cement Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be a.nd hereby is directed to draft the proper form of
Contract therefor and proper City officials hereby axe authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
