WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of sidewaiks under
the 1969 Sidewalk Contract, 69-M-479, District No. l , Comptroller's
contract L-7156 certain non-assessable work was done at 76 E, Wheelock
Parkway in the amount of $107.30 now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, That the total cost of $107.30 be charged to the
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund Code 6000 and this same fund to
be reimbursed from the City's share of Local improvement Fund 0920-461
(1970)
