WfiERFAS, Ordinance No. 3250 anthorizes and provides for
payment f or overtime work, and
WHERFAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized avertime work in the Water Department during the
period from April 4, 1970 to t�pril 17,1970: therefore be it
RESOLVID, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized t o pay the empl oyees who perf ormed such overtime work in
accordance wi.th the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
